This Developers Gets Android 7.1 Nougat Running on a NOkia Lumia 520

A video uploaded on YouTube shows that Nokia Lumia 520 , the disconinued Wndow Phone 8 smartphone is capable of running CynogenMod 14.1 custom ROM, which is based on Android Nougat 7.1.Sound surprising right? Launched in 2013, this largely forgetton smartphone was updated to Window 8.1 a year after it launched,but it never got update to Micrisoft's Latest Window 10 OS.

Now, a cunning devloper has brought the Nokia Lumia 520 back to life by getting the latest version of Nougat 7.1 run on it.The person behind this experiment in Nguyen thinn who published detail of this effort on XDA Developers forum, where he noted the touchscreen,brightness levels,bettery management,charging,sound and other features all working well with his installation og Nougat ROM in Lumia 520 .He also mention that the update is very smooth on this smartphone ,he also managed app on it.However it multitasking smartphone

The same developer also confirmed Android Nougat 7.1 can run  on the nokia  Lumia 525,which includes 1GB of RAM confirming similar functionality and the smoother Nought user experience due to its high RAM capacity ,it should be noted that this Android build is not stable enough to be daily driver, but non the lesss,it is interersting to see the latest Android Nougat 7.1 running on the Nokia Lumia 520
